Dispatch

Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are usually dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next working day. Some products ship from different suppliers, so your order may arrive in more than one parcel.

Delivery times

Delivery takes 2–4 working days after dispatch in main centres, and can take longer in outlying areas. Weekends and public holidays are not working days. Each product page shows its own dispatch point and estimate.

Options and cost

Door-to-door courier from R99.

Collect from a Pudo locker from R65 or a Pargo pickup point from R69.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by WhatsApp or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. You can also check progress on our Track order page.
