Changed your mind

Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may cancel your order without giving a reason within 7 days after you receive the goods.

Return the item unused and in its original packaging. We refund the full purchase price within 30 days of receiving your cancellation. The only cost you carry is the direct cost of returning the goods.

Faulty or incorrect items

Under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act you may return goods that are faulty, unsafe or not what you ordered within 6 months of delivery. You choose a repair, replacement or refund, and we cover the return delivery cost.

Please send photos of the problem when you contact us so we can resolve it quickly.

Contact us with your order number: help@skynat.co.za. We'll send return instructions, including a drop-off point near you where possible.
